About This Position

• Manages a team of Product Development Engineers and technicians to commercialize new products developed globally, to be launched in GCN/APAC.
• Leads complex scale-up projects relating to critical programs which requires cross functional team.
• Interfaces with Sales, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Production departments at same and other locations to make effective decisions towards accomplishing established goals.
  
  

What you´ll do

• Provides technical guidance, training, and mentoring to engineers and technicians.
• Interfaces with Manufacturing Engineering at any Henkel manufacturing plant worldwide selected for the high volume manufacture of a new product.
• Owns designated ADP projects in validation stage, managing timeline & expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Must possess relevant degree at minimum BS level or above, Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of directly applicable experience in Project Management, Product Development Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering in adhesives, electronic materials or chemical processing; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Certified 6s Black Belt preferred.
• Must possess excellent leadership and people management skills
• Must possess excellent problem solving skills.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills.
