• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

• 5+ years of experience in Application Engineering, Technical Service, or Technical Support roles.

• Strong adhesive application knowledge, including bonding technologies, sealants, dispensing, or related materials.

• Experience supporting customers in electronic manufacturing processes, such as SMT, PCB assembly, semiconductor, or electronics assembly.

• Knowledge of Thermal Interface Materials (TIM), thermal management solutions, gap fillers, thermal pads, or related applications is highly preferred.

• Experience supporting automotive electronics, EV, battery, power electronics, or e-Mobility applications is an advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting, customer-facing technical support, and application development experience.

• Ability to work closely with customers to conduct product trials, process optimization, and technical problem-solving.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Chinese language capability is an advantage but not mandatory.
