Your Role and Responsibilities

This role will primarily be responsible for supporting the administration of customer requirements, development of standards using best practices, develop and maintain requirement traceability and support to other areas of testing, test development, requirements validations, defect management and resolution, and quality assurance. Selected candidate will support an aggressive release tempo and ensure all work products comply with program, security and customer requirements; and will support projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, maintain quality and adhere to program schedules.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Thorough understanding of ERP in one or more SAP functional/module areas.• Ability to evaluate conflicts with testing and validations that do not comply with customer requirements.• Ability to define / develop requirements management strategy and plans• Experience with the Rational – Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORs).• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and maintaining requirements traceability with SolMan.• Ability to Produce Requirements Traceability Report following each Release
• Must be able to clear a DoD clearance


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Advanced experience in QA/Test and Requirements Traceability
  • Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test, implementation, and post-production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting various SAP modules, such as ECC, BW, SCM, SRM in a Tier 3 environment
  • Ability to support all Quality Assurance, test management, administration and metrics duties
  • Ability to Review and load test plans into test tracking tool to validate functionality and requirements
  • Ability to Review design and technical packages to ensure quality and the proper processes are followed
  • Ability to translate requirements / user stories into in-depth test cases.
