We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Enterprise Implementation Consultant with development background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with APIs, JavaScript, and Agile development methodologies. This customer-facing role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a strong background in coaching, training, and troubleshooting during customer interactions. Experience as an Agile Coach and integration development, particularly with Azure DevOps (AzDO), and Jira.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge of business processes and agile frameworks to help customers refine their work models and ways of working
  • Employ technical expertise to design and configure Targetprocess solutions according to the desired company process
  • Use communication and coaching skills to help users become familiar with the tool, ensure a great experience working with the software, and make sure they benefit from Targetprocess from day one
  • Work closely with the pre-sales, training and support teams, as well as participate in product improvements discussions with the development teams. Implementation can take place online or on-site, depending on customer preferences and global conditions
  • Ensure that each clients solution is correctly structured, implemented, and deployed
  • Discover customer needs and goals
  • Implement and configure a custom Targetprocess solution, that is, customize the tool according to the customer’s needs. Building a solution involves the following activities:
    • Install solutions from templates and adapt them
    • Create custom views, reports and dashboards
    • Configure process parameters and settings
    • Create custom automation rules and metrics
    • Import customer data
    • Set up integrations with external tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in an Agile development environment with APIs, Jira, Azure DevOps (AzDO), and JavaScript
  • Good understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues during customer interactions
  • Hands-on experience in integration development projects


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • SAFe Certified or equivalent experience
  • Automation experience
  • Converting Waterfall development to Agile
  • Experience in coaching and training teams and customers on product/features
  • Ability to multitask
