Your Role and Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Software Development Manager to lead and manage our cutting-edge development teams focused on designing and implemeting ISO20022 payment specifications or the world’s largest financial institutions. You will be leading a world-wide development team using agile methodolgies and incorporating AI into the team’s everyday tasks.
You will be working directly with clients to manage requirements, schedules and quality deliverables.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related fields of study
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant software development experience, with a strong track record in leading and delivering complex projects.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical innovation.
• Client facing experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Financial payment specifications experience a plus.
