Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Network Management
  2. Responsible for determining the needs (bandwidth, network, etc.), designing, implementing and continuously improving the enterprise network to satisfied business demands;
  3. Research new equipment based on needs, and analyze, compare, and determine of implementing new technology or services;
  4. Participate in the project planning process, determine, recommend and coordinate needed equipment (routers, circuits, concentrators, switches, servers, etc.);
  5. Define the timeline for interaction with vendors, service providers. and business units for integration of services and systems. Design and optimize the network monitoring process to ensure that the IT team can timely and actively intervene and solve events. alarms and problems;

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  1. Education: Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in computer science or related
  2. Knowledge in LAN, WAN, Cisco/Huawei systems, network operations, cost accounting, network monitoring and IP address management, routing management subnetting, VLAN management;
  3. English or German proficient;
  4. 3 years’ work experience in IT field;
  5. Good communication and coordination, and ability of dealing with a set of different things;


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  1. Good experience of Server and Infrastructure monitoring and automation tools;
  2. Project management skills (PMP);
  3. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation;
  4. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
