Your Role and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Oversee the end-to-end design, configuration and implementation of the Oracle ERP Cloud solution.
- Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of Oracle Cloud applications
- Analyze business process workflows and present solution possibilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud ERP developments and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Document specifications and provide training to end-users.
- Provide effective concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers, customers, and management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Oracle ERP Cloud certification and relevant Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials across multiple modules
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud ERP Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementation methodologies (e.g., OUM, AIM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 5 years’ experience in completing two deployments of a full lifecycle of the Oracle ERP Cloud suite.
- 5 years’ experience of relevant Financial business and industry experience
- Experience leading integrated client and consultant teams
- Experience leading Oracle Cloud business process design/configuration/enhancement workshops
- Fluent in English (French fluent, if in Quebec)
