Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM’s Oracle business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for new leaders to drive this growth. As an Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading implementations to our top clients. You will provide thought leadership, team leadership, business and functional expertise on the Oracle ERP Cloud solutions. As a member of our larger IBM Oracle practice, you will be able work with the industry’s best, and further hone your expertise in Oracle Cloud, along our Digital Change, Digital Reinvention and Cognitive solutions.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Oversee the end-to-end design, configuration and implementation of the Oracle ERP Cloud solution.
- Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of Oracle Cloud applications
- Analyze business process workflows and present solution possibilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud ERP developments and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Document specifications and provide training to end-users.
- Provide effective concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers, customers, and management.
- We are hiring in major cities across Canada. Candidates considered for a Quebec position must be fluent in French
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Oracle ERP Cloud certification and relevant Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials across multiple modules
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud ERP Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementation methodologies (e.g., OUM, AIM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 5 years’ experience in completing two deployments of a full lifecycle of the Oracle ERP Cloud suite.
- 5 years’ experience of relevant Financial business and industry experience
- Experience leading integrated client and consultant teams
- Experience leading Oracle Cloud business process design/configuration/enhancement workshops
- Fluent in English (French fluent, if in Quebec)
