Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Junior Software Developer at IBM, you'll work within a team to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges faced by our clients, by using best practice technologies, tools, techniques, and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems. In your role, you may be responsible for:
• Working with the team to implement and follow architectural design of a system, to develop and support high quality, scalable products and interfaces for our clients
• Employing IBM's Design Thinking to create products that provide a great user experience along with high performance, security, quality, and stability.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required Technical and Professional Experience:
* 3+ years of experience working on one or more cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or IBM Cloud) through internships, graduation project, other projects, etc.
* Proficiency with one or more of the following languages:
* Java
* Javascript
* C#
* Typescript
* Experience with one of the following frameworks:
* Node.js
* Spring Boot
* .Net
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Experience with one of the following frameworks is a plus:
* Angular
* React
* Experience with one of the following database management system is a plus:
* SQL Server
* PostgreSQL
* Oracle
* MongoDB
* Understanding of containers and server-less computing fundamentals is a plus.
