Your role and responsibilities

The IT Tester QA Engineer utilizes documented business requirements or user stories to create tests thatassess how well software applications adhere to rigorous quality standards, ensuring reliability, stability,and alignment with user expectations. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to identify andprioritize quality metrics, develop and executes comprehensive testing cases to ensure that the softwareis delivered with high quality.Responsibilities* Analyze business requirements provided by the Product Owner or BA to design optimized testscenarios, plan testing activities, create test cases, and identify data needs.* Implement testing strategies and plans to ensure software applications adhere to established qualitystandards.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality metrics and create testcases that validate the software against these metrics.* Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge toenhance testing and quality assurance processes and tools.* Participate in agile development practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, andretrospectives.* Communicate testing results and quality metrics to stakeholders and provide actionablerecommendations for improvements.* Design and execute tests for applications and systems utilizing custom technologies.* Identify dependencies on both external and internal applications.* Execute test cases manually, report test status, and manage defect creation, and resolution.* Apply BDD/TDD methodologies, modeling approaches, and test accelerators to enhance quality andefficiency in test delivery
