Job Description
In your new role you will:
  • Analyze yield data from wafer sort, final test, and reliability data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with design, process, reliability, and test teams to identify root causes and resolve yield, stability, and quality issues.
  • Develop and manage yield roadmaps to outline strategies for yield improvement and performance optimization.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor yield performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to solving complex product issues by leveraging cross-functional expertise and data-driven analysis.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in yield metrics and product quality across the development and production phases.
  • Provide yield status updates and insights during product development milestone reviews to support project progress.
  • Act as a key interface between engineering and stakeholders to align yield goals with overall product objectives.


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of process technology (FEOL/BEOL) and fab parametric test correlation with product yield.
  • Expertise in memory cell/array/periphery characterization and semiconductor product test/burn-in flow with ATE concepts.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve yield issues caused by design margins, fab excursions, test margins, or operational inefficiencies.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard yield analysis tools (e.g., PDF Exensio, Silicon.DA) and Python programming for data analysis.
  • Experience with automotive SoC microcontrollers, consumer applications, and ML/AI techniques for yield enhancement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Independent, resourceful, and proactive team player with fluent English and expertise in Tableau feature development.
