Be the key enabler of the respective site/segment to achieve Operational Excellence by lean layout and work place design to achieve long term area and people efficiencies target.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Lead and manage site layout team. Possesses deep knowledge with >7 years experience in Industrial Engineering focusing on Personnel, Capital, Material, Area Efficiency & WIP Flow improvement.
• Coordinate and define site production layout strategy, able to develop coherent concept and methodology that fits business needs.
• Design overall site Production and Office layout that fulfill area efficiency target and flexibility to secure revenue growth.
• Project management for layout implementation. Responsible for project roll out according to schedule, budget, manpower and quality.
• Drive design standardization for workplace, jigs & fixtures for all sites to maximize productivity, reduce wastefulness and production issues, are cost-efficient, and ensure high product quality.
• Coordinate and work cross-functionally with FM, ESH, IT to improve good 5S and safe workplace, and ensure execution are are according to clean room protocol.
• Ensure complete and accurate layout information in the database, and documentations for standards and guideline.
• Coordinate with Site OPC to define site area strategy and execution of setup.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master’s degree/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering Degree. Lean trained or Lean certified.
• Minimum 7 years working experience in the related environment.
• Preferably PJM certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP).
• Relevant experience in manufacturing process (preferably semicon), and Layout Planning will be an advantage.
• Self-driven, result oriented and possess strong analytical skills.
• Able to work with cross-functional team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder.
