As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining software systems, adopting new technologies, and optimizing performance, scalability, and stability. In your new role, you will:

• Develop, troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software
• Generate new ideas and actively contribute to the Innovation team to advance existing software to the next level
• Drive innovation and refactor existing solutions by adopting new technologies and frameworks
• Develop, implement, and manage automated testing processes to ensure efficient and reliable software validation, supporting seamless rollout and deployment
• Optimize the performance, stability, and scalability of software systems
• Take responsibility for technical deliverables, including estimating development efforts and timelines, while ensuring the software architecture aligns with business and customer needs
• Proactively manage changes, take ownership of responsibilities, and ensure commitments are met
• Contribute to global, agile projects as an integral member of the DevOps team

You are enthusiastic about learning, innovation, and teamwork. You believe that different perspectives and experiences lead to stronger solutions, and you welcome diverse talents to your team.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience with programming languages such as C++, C#, .NET Core, RESTful web services, and operating systems like Windows and Linux
• Advanced knowledge in SQL server and database management – expertise in Oracle would be an advantage
• Experience in GUI development (Frontend) and/or service development (Backend) and technology migration
• Experience with containerization is a plus as it aligns with application roadmap (e.g. Docker, Openshift, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Experience in the SAFe agile framework is a plus, but not essential
• Experience in DevOps/Automated Testing (e.g. Azure DevOps server) is also desirable, but not mandatory
• Fluency in English is mandatory
