In your new role you will:

• Design, build and run high-quality software solutions that drive Infineon’s digitalization journey for product portfolio and roadmap management
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of senior and junior software engineers to drive individual and team excellence
• Promote best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and deployment, while driving continuous improvement
• Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for software development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the architectural design and system integration of software solutions
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, and innovation within your team

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university degree in computer science, informatics, or a related field (Bachelor/Master)
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development with focus on architectural design and system integration
• Proficiency in frontend and backend development using modern frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, NestJS, ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot) and programming languages
• Expertise in relational and non-relational database technologies (e.g. MSSQL, S3/CEPH)
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience with both senior and junior engineers
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD Tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g. Git, Gitlab)
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, test automation)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment
• Fluent English language skills
