Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Be leading and managing an Application Engineering team for Business Unit with focus on Automotive software
• Take responsibility for Customer Enablement and Support for our product lines AURIX^TM ,TRAVEO^TM and PSOC^TM with focus on software products
• Define roadmaps and execution for collaterals like Code Examples, Application Notes, Evaluation Boards and Training Material
• Provide collaterals and trainings for Key Customers and their FAEs
• Digitalize support to be able to scale with increased number of support requests and products
• Ensure efficient interfacing to the product lines, all regional support teams and product development teams
• Coordinate operative support demands with regional FAE/SAE team and external partners
• Ensure technical alignment of new features with R&D
• Develop the team considering experience levels and utilize people management skill in guiding, managing and fostering talents in the team

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with experience in different R&D, application engineering, software and (project)management areas
• Knowledge of ATV applications and their impact on microcontrollers and other components
• Good understanding of Automotive software (AUTOSAR, open source OS, Microcontroller Abstraction Layer (MCAL), low level drivers)
• Knowledge of own function’s contributions to achieving business objectives, cost structure of development and support activities and products
• Awareness of development processes including ISO compliances
• Prior people management experience is preferred as the role includes team management (including planning, performance, salary management and team forming)
