Join our IT Service Desk team and play a key role in delivering global end-user support across multiple channels. This role is a great opportunity to grow your IT expertise, strengthen problem-solving skills, and collaborate with international teams in a dynamic environment.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

  • Monitor and respond to end-user inquiries through three main channels: calls, web tickets, and chats
  • Provide updates and information to end-users regarding the status of their incidents
  • Manage and release IT information news to keep users informed
  • Own and maintain content used in support tools, such as the knowledge database and self-service portal
  • Contribute to and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with 2nd-level IT teams
  • Perform additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities as assigned by Service Desk management


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
  • Strong proficiency in English (mandatory requirement)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, combined with a strong willingness to learn
  • Team-oriented skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in IT
  • A solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and processes, along with a broad knowledge of standard applications (e.g., Microsoft solutions), which is preferred
