Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Act as a technical lead for model-based embedded software development and deployment for Automotive applications to develop demonstrators, PoCs, tools and user guidelines for our global customers
• Further drive the roadmap for Infineon MBD ecosystem together with our tool partners for our microcontroller products
• Participate in application focused performance studies with regards to execution time, power consumption, real-time behavior and other relevant aspects for embedded applications
• Guide customers in optimizing their algorithms and applications to address constraints on memory and processing power in embedded devices
• Collaborate closely with various departments, global sites, and universities in your field

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in model-based embedded software engineering on microcontrollers
• Deep technical understanding in MBD related tools and programming languages like MathWorks MATLAB/Simulink
• Excellent knowledge in tools and programming languages like Embedded C/C++
• Relevant knowledge of hardware architectures like RISC-V, ARC, ARM or TriCore
• Knowledge of hardware accelerator architectures (e.g. GPU, VPU) and parallel processing principles like SIMD and MIMD will be a plus
• Ability to communicate and present technical context to internal and external stakeholders
• Strong team player
• Fluent English skills
