Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable IT products
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance across full-stack development
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
• Champion DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables using agile methodologies

Your Profile

You have passion for innovation, driving engineering excellence and mentoring teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your technical expertise to bridge business goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

You are best equipped for these tasks if you have:

• A degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend technologies
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in languages like Java, Python etc.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, containerization, and architecture design is a plus, with a passion for innovation and staying current with emerging technologies
