Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Analyze yield data from various sources, including wafer sort, final test, and reliability data, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Close collaboration with design, process, reliability, test to narrow down root cause and solve product issues in term of yield, stability and quality.
• Develop and maintain yield roadmap, dashboards, and reports to track yield performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Support product development milestone review on yield status

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with preferred >3 relevant years of experience.
• Familiar with process technology on FEOL and BEOL and fab parametric test correlation with product yield.
• Knowledge of semiconductor memory cell/array/periphery characterization, test.
• Knowledge of semiconductor product test/burn in flow, and ATE test concept.
• Proven ability to segregate yield detractor root causes by product design margin, fab excursion/ variation, test margin/ instability &operational inefficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with automotive SoC microcontrollers and their applications.
• Familiarity with industry-standard yield analysis tools, such as PDF Exensio or Silicon.Da
• Knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence techniques applied to yield enhancement.
• Good skills and experience with Python programming, Tableau feature development
• Good command of English.
