The Project Management intern will be supporting outsourced process integration by tracking timelines, milestones, and scope while coordinating cross-functional teams. The intern will also map and improve processes to accelerate new-site readiness and support smoother ERP/MES deployments.

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Project Management: assist with various outsourced subcon Process Integration projects, ensuring alignment with defined timelines, established project milestones, and scope.
- Process mapping and improvements: Develop and improve processes, enabling seamless knowledge transfer and adherence to process standards.
- New Site Enablement: help Project managers to deploy and integrate process requirements into new partner sites, ensuring readiness and scalability.
- Learn project management skills
- Be involved in process improvement initiatives
- Document learnings and enhance future processes
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- On track to attaining Bachelors in Data related fields or any equivalent.
- Process Mapping Skills: Strong capability in analyzing, defining, and documenting operational workflows to streamline processes.
- Fast learner on new Systems and process automation
- Technical Proficiency: knowledge of ERP / MES system integration and functionality (not mandatory), with the ability to translate process requirements into system solutions.
- Preferred Internship Period: Jun 26 - Dec 26
