In this role, you will be responsible for Manages manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging. Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Weekly delivery performance & WIP management by good coordination of internal and external counterparts to achieve high qualify planning results.
• Weekly alignment with Business Unit for loading in the following 3 weeks and 6 months within the mutually agreed capacity commitment.
• Close alignment of the production plan with the Operations, monitor execution, and proactively resolve potential issues in a timely manner.
• Fast execution & high-quality commitment to Business Unit for any urgent & critical cases to support customer requirements.
• Work together with Business Unit and project manager to fully support ramp-up, safe launch arrangement & successfully fulfill customer requirements.
• Align with Business Unit for capacity allocation for sample orders to support new product releases and new business development based on priority.
• Be the primary counterpart for communication of delivery situations with the Division.pply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A Bachelor Degree degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Informatics, and Business Administration with a focus on supply Chain or equivalent from recognized universities.
• Excellent English proficiency in written and oral
• Self-initiative, excellent analytical skills, and systematic workapproach
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a fast-changing and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of semiconductor Backend manufacturing processes and landscape is advantageous
• Knowledge in Tableau is preferred
• Basic knowledge of programming language (Excel VBA, Python, SQL/Database) is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to interact effectively with various levels of people.
