Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will help expand our automotive presence across Europe. You will connect customers with the right semiconductor solutions, creating new demand and strengthening partnerships that advance decarbonization and digitalization.

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities for demand creation within European automotive accounts
  • Engage directly with small to medium customers via a hybrid customer journey
  • Develop and maintain account plans, pipeline, and accurate forecasts in CRM
  • Collaborate with Technical Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Product Lines to align pursuits
  • Prepare compelling value propositions, proposals, and quotations addressing customer needs
  • Drive opportunity progress, define next actions, and coordinate smooth handover to experts
  • Capture market insights and customer feedback to improve go-to-market approaches

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (technical minor)
  • First experience in initial sales/marketing experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of semiconductors and automotive applications; eagerness to learn portfolio
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, and MS Office
  • Strong communication, analytical, relationship-building, and proactive problem-solving in cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English and German
