Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage eArchive incidents and service requests, including ticketcategorization, prioritization, investigation, issue resolution, and communication with relevant parties
• Handle user management such as security, access control, and permission administration
• Perform problem management by conducting preliminary investigations and coordinating with 3rd‑level support and application owners forsolutions or workarounds
• Perform quality assurance testing for systems and applications, including bug fixes, patches, enhancements, and change requests
• Carry out reporting tasks, create documentation and trainingmaterials, and provide user training and application demonstrations
• Ensure high system stability and performance by effectively administering the Saperion and InfoArchive platforms and optimizing integrations with servers, systems, and databases
• Improve system reliability through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and health checks while resolving issues efficiently in collaboration with 2nd‑level support
• Strengthen platform quality and security by successfully managing releases, patches, and upgrades, coordinating cross‑team changes, and maintaining accurate system configurations and documentation
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic programming skills like Java, VB script, PowerShell script, C#
• Hands-on experience managing and resolving IT service or incident tickets in a structured environment
• Fast learner and self-driven
• Strong analytical skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve application/system-related issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive and logical approach to troubleshooting and resolving complex operational issues
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
