Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support and develop our cloud-based CRM and connected systems. The role focuses on requirements analysis and collaboration for solution design, exposure to system integration, cross-functional collaboration, testing and automation, and IT operations management within Japan while working closely with regional and global teams.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Management Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for CRM and connected systems etc
- Exposure to system Integration Support the design and maintenance of integrations between CRM and ERP, Pricing, Data platforms etc.
- Collaboration with Business and IT Stakeholders Work closely with global product owners, architects, security teams, and enterprise integration teams. etc
- Testing & Test Automation Define test strategies, test cases for CRM and integration changes.etc
- IT Operations, Incident & Change Management Coordinate and align with Support teams for day-to-day operations of CRM and related integrations.etc
- Compliance, Data Protection & Japan-Specific Requirements Adherence Corporate governance and internal control standards. etc
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- 5+ years’ experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, or CRM IT Specialist.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud-based CRM.
- Good understanding of API‑based integration, middleware, hybrid-cloud data flows, and troubleshooting multi-system issues.
- Experience contributing to testing, regression validation, and test automation.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills (process flows, user stories, functional specs).
- Experience in IT operations or application support for enterprise platforms.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Above Technical college or Bachelor's degree
