Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Assembly Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and optimizing production processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining process stability, improving quality, and increasing efficiency.

Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Assembly Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and optimizing production processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining process stability, improving quality, and increasing efficiency.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Provide high-level technical support for production processes of high-power semiconductors to meet KPIs (Yield, Cpk, Volume, MTBF).
- Create and maintain work instructions, process parameter sheets, and charts to ensure process stability and efficiency.
- Ensure process stability in own technological field(s) to maintain high-quality production.
- Optimize production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality, while maintaining high OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- Introduce and implement minor changes or innovations using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Prepare technical specifications for new machines and tools and evaluate offers from potential suppliers, evaluate their offers and make proposals for decision-making process.

You should be able to work collaboratively, lead projects, and drive quality improvements in electronics manufacturing.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- 3-5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment
- Strong analytic work methodology and problem-solving skills
- Experience in automatization (PLC, camera and pneumatic systems,robot solutions) is advantage
- Experience in quality techniques (pareto, 8D, FMEA, 5W, 5S, lean) isadvantage
- Hungarian: native level
- English: intermediate
