Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide technical support for Infineon Wifi products to customers during customers’ evaluation and development phase, and support internal FAE to support their customers
• Perform system debugging and design service for various customers and various applications using Infineon various Wifi products
• Work cross functionally with Marketing, HW/SW development, and chip/solution design teams in supporting customers, collect IP/product/application requirements in the related area, by communicating with customers and internal teams
• Support and create product easy-of-use technical collaterals (e.g. ref. design, knowledge articles, application notes)
• Prepare and deliver product/application training to peers and end customers
• Focus on innovative, scalable methods to make customers self-sufficient
• 在客户评估和开发阶段向客户提供无线wifi产品的系统解决方案技术咨询，支持内部FAE为客户提供支持
• 为客户提供使用英飞凌无线产品的系统设计调试及开发服务
• 与营销、硬件/软件开发和芯片/解决方案设计团队跨职能合作支持客户，通过与客户和内部团队沟通，收集相关领域的IP/产品/应用需求。
• 支持并创建易于使用的产品技术资料（例如参考设计、知识文章、应用笔记等）
• 准备并向同行和最终客户提供产品/解决方案培训
• 专注于创新、可扩展的方法，使客户独立使用英飞凌产品
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor or above degree, major in EE, 1-3 Years relevant experience
• Solid knowledge of embedded systems – software, firmware and hardware applications，linux and android experience is a plus.
• Experience of programming with C/C++ in Linux environment, WiFi/BT related experience is preferred
• Customer-orientated mindset, great interest in interacting with various of customer engineers
• Interest and ability to learn new technologies very quickly
• Good communications skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin
• Occasionally travelling required
