Ensure the organization’s practices comply with labour laws and regulations, while aligning management and employees’ efforts toward achieving the organization’s objectives.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Handle Union-related matters, including collective bargaining and trade disputes.
  • Advise on industrial relations and labour matters, including consequence management, domestic inquiries, code of conduct, disciplinary, and grievance issues.
  • Represent the Company in conciliation or litigation matters at the Industrial Court and Labour Court.
  • Liaise with government officers and authorities on matters related to employee relations.
  • Work closely with Operational Units in handling Employee Relations (ER) issues.
  • Ensure HR Employee Relations policies are updated at all times.
  • Manage misconduct cases, including monthly report generation and organizing domestic inquiry sessions in consultation with the ER Head.
  • Ensure ERMS cases are properly monitored and managed.
  • Support ad-hoc activities and initiatives within the ER Team.

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 5 years of general HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour & Employment Law, with the ability to manage Union and Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including handling grievances and complaints.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop others.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with high resilience, personal effectiveness, and a result-driven mindset.
