We are looking for a Senior Specialist experienced in end-to-end development and support of Master Data applications across C#, PL/SQL, and SAP-based solutions. They should be able to handle incident and change request management, monthly CR implementations, advanced incident support, and RCA-driven problem management, while ensuring smooth, compliant release cycles.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Execute programming tasks for Master Data applications and interfaces, covering a diverse technology stack including C#, PL/SQL, and SAP-based solutions.
• Manage and resolve Incidents (INC) and Change Request (CR) tickets, utilizing Infineon’s central IT ticketing platform.
• Implement application Change Requests on a monthly cycle, prioritizing development activities based on urgency and business impact.
• Provide advanced incident support, assisting 2nd-level Master Data Team to resolve issues.
• Collaborate closely with Master Data developers and Application Owners to identify effective Master Data solutions.
• Conduct problem management activities, including root cause analysis(RCA) for recurring issues, and propose long-term corrective and preventive measures.
• Manage software release process for Master Data applications: ensuring smooth and compliant deployment cycles.
• Participate in project activities, contributing technical expertise and supporting implementation tasks as required.
• Coach and mentor junior developers: offering guidance, technical support, and knowledge sharing
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in an IT related field or the equivalent skill
• Demonstrates strong willingness to acquire comprehensive knowledge of Master Data applications, maintained data objects, their interdependencies, and Master Data interfaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Proficient in PL/SQL and capable of working with additional programming languages as required.
• Able to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, set clear priorities, and function both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fast learner with a self‑driven and proactive working attitude.
• Experienced in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and equipped with project management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP MM is an added advantage.
