Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and implement technical strategies and marketing plans for the SW
  
  

& Tools ecosystem globally, with a focus on Robotics, Microprocessor SW

landscape, Graphics & AI on the Edge.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends ,opportunities, and
  
  

challenges in the SW & Tools ecosystem.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners,
  
  

including performing partner due diligence to ensure strategic alignments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development,
  
  

and global marketing, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

• Provide technical support and guidance on SW stacks and SW development tooling
  
  

to internal stakeholders and partners.

• Develop and deliver marketing materials, presentations, and communications
  
  

tailored for the global market and where needed localized for the Chinese market.

• Monitor and report on market feedback, campaign results, and ROI analysis to
  
  

continuously improve marketing strategies.

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Embedded software or a related field.
• Fluency in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech industry, with a focus on software and tools ecosystem.
• Strong technical understanding of SW stacks and SW development tooling.
• Experience in working with international teams and partners.
• Ability to perform partner due diligence and negotiate partnerships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability tointerpret market data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
• High social competencies, convincing presenting skills, a team player-mindset, entrepreneurial thinking
• Organized and able to multi-task
