Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsibility of all demand creation of Body and EEA application including all Infineon product lines, Key responsibilities include:
• Responsible for define and deploying G2M strategy at GC region which in line with product line strategies, managing promotion activities on application and product level to enable Sales and business partner to capture maximum demand creation.
• Responsible for GC VUA segment DW target, and product line revenue and DW target from Intelligent Power Device and drive for TCM to ensure profitable growth.
• Understands all factors influencing market conditions across all business lines and beyond ATV Division, in order to maximize business which in-line with the company’s objectives
• Cooperated with Account sales, DEM, OEM sales and Application Center team for customer early engagement and platform deep dive.
• Focusing on growing applications include Body, Power Distribution and E/E Architecture, and leverage other PL for system solution selling.
• Develop regional competency in marketing function and interaction across Regions
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• B.S. in electrical engineering or business, Master’s degree in EE or BA high preferred
• 10+ years in marketing and engineering know-how in dedicated areas.
• Ability to build and manage relationships within all levels of region SMD and BL organization, be interface to key customers and partners at senior management level of commercial functions
• Profound Automotive industry knowledge of market, competition, products, system, customers, market and technology trends, at regional and global level
• Solid knowledge and experience in understanding and interpreting business/market environment, governmental influence, and legislations affecting automotive industry and customers (from OEM to Tier structure customers), especially familiar with OEM E/E Architecture and SDA key technologies
• Resourceful, creative, diligent, and able to follow up and make things happen with colleagues and co-workers across many disciplines. Must be a problem solver and competent in co-designing technical solutions
