Key responsibilities in your new role
- Support the Development of the next generations of Power Technologies
- Set up Splits and Experiments.
- Inspections and Special Measurements: Optical Microscope, SEM, EDX, FIB, etc.
- Lot Monitoring and Lot-Status Report generation
- Take care of logistics tasks, which is wafer start, shipment, sawing orders, On-Time delivery (OTD)
- Low complexity Inline/PCM/FCT data extraction, compilation and evaluation
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics, Applied Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering or any relevant.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a front end wafer fab
- A good team player with ability to interact with cross-functional teams including technology development, production, failure analysis and logistics
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication in English
