At Infineon, we are looking for an experienced Tech Lead for Findability to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Coveo-powered search platform for the company website and digital channels. This role is responsible for providing technical leadership toa team of search engineers and developers, ensuring best practices in relevance, performance, and scalability while also maximizing the value of Cove's AI-driven search capabilities. You will act as the technical authority for Coveo from IT perspective, guiding the team through architecture decisions, integrations, and search optimization, while collaborating closely with product owners, architects, UX designers, operations teams, and business stakeholders. Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of digital solutions using Coveo
• Guide and mentor a team of developers working on Coveo integrations and search features and ensure adherence to agile processes and CI/CD practices
• Design and maintain Coveo architecture, including:-
• Coveo UI Kit/Atomic
• Coveo UI Kit/Atomic-
• Content sources and connectors
• Content sources and connectors
• Indexing pipelines and metadata modeling
• Query pipelines, filters, and facets Ranking expressions and relevance tuning
• Drive the implementation of Coveo ML / AI features (e.g. relevance, recommendations, personalization, A/B testing)
• Oversee integrations between Coveo and frontend frameworks, CMS platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Platform), third-party systems (e.g. Khoros Community Software) and backend services
• Implemented SSO solutions by applying protocols such as SAML, OAuth2.0,OpenID Connect, and Managed Identity for secure access
• Ensure search performance, reliability, security, and scalability
• Establish and enforce development standards, code reviews, and deployment practices
• Provide technical expertise during estimation, planning, and risk management
• Analyze search analytics and usage data to continuously improve relevance and user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex search, indexing, and relevance issues (SEO/GEO/AEO)
• Stay current with Coveo product updates and search best practices
• Work together with business stakeholders, product owners, UX/Designers, architects, developers, and operations teams to align technical deliverables with business requirements.
  

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of search engine development experience
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or Architect on Search implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Exposure on Coveo Query Pipelines and Search UI frameworks is must.
• Should be good with Ranking expressions, filters, facets, and result templates, Coveo APIs (including Headless)
• Solid backend development experience (e.g., Java, JavaScript/Typescript, Python, or similar)
• Experience integrating Coveo with CMS or enterprise platforms(e.g. Adobe)
• Experience Platform, Salesforce, Sitecore, custom CMS
• Strong understanding of search relevance, information retrieval, and user intent
• Experience with personalization, recommendations, and experimentation using Coveo ML
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication and analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal
• skills to interact with cross-functional global teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for stable services and web application operations
