Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for providing financial support to Segment Operations, R&D, and Divisions.
- Ensure target achievement and cost performance for production segments.
- Analyze cost per piece and implement cost-reduction measures.
- Act as a business partner and coach to product segments on financial controlling, management reporting, profit and loss analysis, and strategic positioning.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Accounting. Possession of professional qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years in Financial Management or Accounting within a manufacturing environment, or in Production Planning in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in costing and financial management in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and demonstrate strong initiative.
- Able to work effectively within a multi-cultural environment.
