Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provides regional support for BE ASIA Logistics and serves as the key communication interface. Acts as a Tableau trainer and facilitates the BE ASIA LOG team in delivering real-time visualization solutions for KPI monitoring, analysis, and enabling faster decision-making.
• Provide support for all I4.0@BE LOG projects, including project tracking, reporting, and escalation management
• Lead and drive project management activities using structured problem-solving and troubleshooting methodologies such as DMAIC, 8D, statistical tools, and Why-Why analysis.
• Support shipping operations by managing and monitoring forwarder performance to ensure smooth logistics flow and timely deliveries.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or a related field, with knowledge of Data Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes, particularly in Warehouse and Freight Forwarder management.
• Experience in Digitalization Project Management.
• Excellence communications, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of SAP Business Objects, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and basic SAP inventory management; experience with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Tableau and other visualization tools, knowledge of data structures, algorithms, machine learning, and AI.
• Knowledge and experience in Python is an added advantage, with potential future use in analytics and predictive modeling.
