In this role you will support our growing business line Radio Frequency (RF) and ensure the quality of today's key products tomorrow - such as antenna tuners, low noise amplifiers or radar sensors. You will work with a diverse product portfolio and work with various internal interfaces to strengthen Infineon as a quality leader - in a market that is characterized by particularly fast development cycles.

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
In this role you will support our growing business line Radio Frequency (RF) and ensure the quality of today's key products tomorrow - such as antenna tuners, low noise amplifiers or radar sensors. You will work with a diverse product portfolio and work with various internal interfaces to strengthen Infineon as a quality leader - in a market that is characterized by particularly fast development cycles.
- Manage and secure the quality of a whole product family throughout the lifecycle, including development and change management
- Ensure that quality standards and customer requirements are fulfilled, monitored, documented, and decided upon
- Develop product qualification strategies and create qualification plans for a defined product portfolio in compliance with internal guidelines, external standards, and customer requirements
- Plan and execute product qualification and reliability tests, and assess qualification results including release and documentation
- Support the development process, contribute to risk management in projects, and create regular reports on product quality and qualification status
- Lead globally acting Q-teams and collaborate with Marketing, Development, Project Management, and global production sites, while promoting and contributing to digitalization within the Quality department
- Interact with our international customers as part of a project team regarding quality-related topics
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
You enjoy working independently and on your own responsibility, evaluating opportunities and risks in a structured manner. As a team player, you collaborate constructively and trustfully within an intercultural team. Furthermore, you are proactive and open-minded for new ideas.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or a comparable degree
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in semiconductor industry or automotive industry, preferably in the area of Quality Management, Product / Technology Development or Project Management
- Experience with risk management (e.g. FMEA) as well as problem solving methods (8D, 6sigma)
- Good presentation and moderation skills as well as experience in interacting with customers
- Mindset for high quality standard, willingness to apply knowledge in process compliance according to IATF16949, ISO26262, ISO21434, AEC-Q100, JEDEC, ASPICE
- Good knowledge in functional safety and/or cyber security and experience in data analysis (as nice to have)
- Fluent English skills and good German skills
