Key responsibilities in your new role

Responsible for GIP (Green Industrial Power) product quality issue at defined customer in Greater China region

• Develop quality support strategy for related customer and service improvement
• Manage China customer complaints
• QM support for design-in projects. Resolve quality problem to support business win
• Quality marketing / training to customer to promote IFX as Quality leader and enable new businesses
• Manage customer visits and audits
• Lead or support for critical issue
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering
• At least has 5 years’ experience in Semiconductor industry and Quality
• +2 years’ experience as Customer Quality Management
• Knowledge of IGBT/IPM Product
• BE/FE process knowledge
• Quality control methodology
• 8D problem solving skills
• Quality system know-how
• Quality audit experience
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good skill in speaking / writing in English
• Good communication skills
• Good problem solving and risk assessment skills
