Your Role

• Application Management Manager – switching mode power supply
• Focus application: Server power , DCDC brick , charger and adapter
  
  

Based in China within our Sales and Marketing Department, you will support the deployment of our global go-to-market (G2M) strategy and run day-to-day Application Management activities that help Sales capture design-win BOM share at value-based mark-up. Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support the deployment of global G2M in GC turn guidance into practical materials and simple pricing guidelines for account manager
• Identify and prioritize focus opportunities; match regional needs to global solutions; support design-win decisions and share lifecycle info.
• Strengthen proposals by incorporating relevant Product-to-System (P2S) options with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor pipeline health and win-to-revenue progress; review forecasts and coordinate on allocation, pricing basics and ramp topics.
• Consolidate regional product/system requirement to product group
• Feed market and customer insights back to improve pricing, collaterals and contracts; share learnings across regions and Product Lines.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• University degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, power electronics or related). Business training is a plus.
• 8–10 years of experience in application management, product marketing or technical sales in datacenter/server, computing platforms, power systems or adjacent fields.
• Exposure to Taiwan/China power supply ODMs and industrial/consumer computing customers; familiarity with OEM/ODM
• Good understanding of AC/DC & DCDC/DC and platform power; eagerness to learn adjacent system topics.
• Hands-on G2M experience (collaterals, competitive basics, sampling/design-in support); CRM/Excel skills; other tools experience is a plus.
• Strong communication in Mandarin and English; comfortable presenting and joining customer discussions with team support.
• Collaborative, organized and proactive; able to support prioritization and escalations with guidance.
