Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Change Management Engineer in our Automotive Division, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the highest quality standards in the industry. You’ll connect with diverse stakeholders, implement harmonized processes, and actively shape the future of our automotive business, ensuring excellence across all automotive products.

  • Be responsible for the change management process in the Automotive Segment, and support change management process adherence
  • Act as the contact person for Business Units/ Divisions according to change management
  • Decide about necessity of customer information according to JEDEC 46 or ZVEI, and ensure a smooth communication flow with internal stakeholders and customers by organizing, moderating, and joining meetings
  • Harmonize PCNs between different Business Lines and Division; acting as entry point for our Frontend and Backend production sites
  • Be the first contact for customer questions and maintain transparent communication between customers and internal colleagues
  • Define and maintain Automotive common methodology across processes, Business Lines and Divisions
  • Contribute to ensuring that processes, tools, and change assessment matrices fulfil Automotive business requirements

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

You proactively keep customers informed in an appropriate, transparent, and regular manner, while working diligently to make processes better, faster, and more efficient. You communicate openly, clearly, and coherently, ensuring information is comprehensive, accurate, and effectively shared across all stakeholders.

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar, combined with 3 years of experience in development and/or marketing or quality management in the semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures and tools (e.g. risk management, QFD, FMEA, 8D, etc.) and customer-related processes
  • First knowledge of audits, certifications, standards and process management
  • Project management as well as moderation skills
  • Knowledge of semiconductor technologies, development and production as well as of logistic processes
  • Team management experience, including people, budget, and planning, supported by intercultural skills
  • Fluent English skills
