We are seeking for team member, who can Drive end-to-end architecture, CI/CD excellence, and engineering leadership to deliver scalable frameworks and tools empowering Automotive Microcontroller teams at Infineon and beyond.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Collect and refine requirements; translate them into architecture, detailed design, and high-quality implementation for frameworks and tools predominantly used by Automotive Microcontroller teams across Infineon and external customers.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD practices; collaborate with DevOps to design, implement, and improve pipelines (e.g., build, test, packaging, release).
• Lead and guide the team in day-to-day activities, mentor engineers, and uphold engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and apply OOP and design patterns to ensure maintainability and extensibility.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolutions.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for tools, artifacts, frameworks, and build pipelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and sustainable engineering practices.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Candidate 5-8 years of relevant experience shall have exposure to one or more of the following languages: Python (Mandatory) and the following optional languages C#, Java, C
• Candidates shall have a very strong exposure to AI methodologies, tools etc
• Proficiency with Debuggers, Microcontrollers/Microprocessors, Compilers etc
• Solid understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative workflows (branching strategies, pull requests).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; strong attention to quality and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills; strong teamwork; proactive, forward-thinking mindset.
• Familiarity with automotive development standards and processes, including ISO 26262 (functional safety).
• Understanding of Automotive SPICE or similar quality frameworks.
• Experience with CI ecosystems (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), artifact repositories, and release managemen
• Knowledge of performance profiling, static analysis tools, code quality scanners, and continuous improvement practice
• Forward thinker who anticipates risks, proposes improvements, and drives strategic engineering decisions.
• Team player who fosters collaboration, mentors peers, and builds a positive, accountable culture.
• Strong ownership, ability to lead without losing hands-on depth, and comfort operating in cross-functional teams.
