Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Direct Account Demand Creation: The role involves driving demand for the company's products, such as power supply units, battery backup units, and solid-state transformers, particularly for AI servers and data centers.
- Annual Target Achievement: Meeting annual sales targets through maximizing business development, driving new design wins, and aligning efforts with account strategy and objectives.
- Business Opportunities Development: Regularly reviewing all aspects of the business to identify opportunities and coordinating with various teams (Marketing, FAEs, and AEs) to pursue these opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Understanding customer profiles, communicating customer needs internally, and directly engaging with key decision-makers of customer to provide value propositions that meet his/her requests.
- Service Objectives: Dealing with service issues to ensure customer satisfaction, involving coordination with relevant internal and external parties.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, or Electronic Engineering.
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Sales, Marketing, FAE or a related position.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Business English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) is essential.
- Knowledge of power system is a plus
