We are seeking an experienced and skilled Specialist to join our Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support in planning, coordinating, and controlling operational activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for subcontractor account management for Capacity PH.
• Contribute to process improvements, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing changes as needed.
• Resolve problems and issues using existing solutions, escalating complex issues to senior management as required
• Lead projects or project steps within broader projects, and take accountability for ongoing activities and objectives
• Provide informal guidance and support to junior staff, acting as a resource and mentor.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Graduate of Engineering or any business-related course
• Min 3 to 5 years of relevant planning, coordination and scheduling production experience in manufacturing environment, preferably semiconductor / electronics industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software with good knowledge of logistics, business processes and relevant IT tools (SAP, Workstream)
• Knowledge of Capacity planning environment.
• Work independently with minimal guidance, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines.
