Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Ensure compliance of control plan deployment and quality controls are regularly reviewed for relevancy.
- Sustaining line by non conformance handling in the line through DDM, MRB, QMR, SCAR, Red/Yellow Tag systematic, as well as drive for improvement.
- Analyze and drive for quality improvement based on internal and external KPIs including SPC and Cpk monitoring.
- Responsible to moderate and compile 8D for internal and external complaints.
- Conduct regular audits on compliance in production floor and follow up on findings.
- Conduct regular review of documentation (specifications, FMEA, etc) to ensure it fits actual practice.
- Support in-process quality monitoring for new products introduction (Safe Launch) or process changes (GCM)
- Support risk assessment for internal and external non conformance, and process changes (GCM) projects.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree/Master/PhD in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science) or any other equivalent field preferred with minimum of 5 year of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with good package manufacturing knowledge and quality systematic know-how.
- Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process and packaging technology.
- Good personality, positive mindset and independent.
- Knowledge in 8D methodology, 7QC tools, FMEA and SPC tools.
- Knowledge of reliability assessment.
- Knowledge of IATF16949/VDA6.3 requirement and direct material supplier process.
