Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for overall technical management of RF automotive and consumer products during ramp up and high-volume production.
• Drive and lead cost, quality, and delivery improvement projects or initiatives across all related production sites, ensuring alignment with business objectives in close collaboration with production, test engineering, and R&D teams.
• Contribute to production strategy and provide production-related support to business colleagues within the Division, ensuring effective communication and alignment of production capabilities with customer needs.
• Manage ramp-ups of products and lead change management projects, ensuring seamless integration into existing or new production processes.
• Interact with global internal and external partners, fostering collaborative relationships and driving business growth through effective communication and partnership.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• At least 5-10 years of relevant work experience in product engineering, test, design, or manufacturing process within the semiconductor industry is required.
• A profound understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (FE wafer & BE assembly technologies including testing), its cost sensitiveness and semiconductor product development are required.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and database handling are a given.
• Have led projects within semiconductor industry from initiation to completion or should have proven leadership competence in a relevant technical area.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Autonomous and self-driven workstyle.
• Fluent proficiency in English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
