Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for the receiving, verification, and creation of customer orders in REALIS; provide Lab logistic expertise to meet the lab targets and sustain the lab processess
• Responsible for incoming Quality Control check on BQP (flow & stress conditions), verification (complete, accurate, and correct), and confirmation of requirements with the client
• Confirm the availability of resources & machine capacity for projects in the requested timeframe and capacity allocation in RFC versus actual loading
• Align with the client on project prioritization, confirmation of sample delivery, and early warning in case of a change of promise or a change of request, as well as liaise with clients for fast disposition of on-hold lots
• Receive & creation of the REALIS project based on BQP and QC check on the project created using the "4 eyes principle."
• Accountable for the milestone setting, promise on the delivery of reliable results, and online customer survey
• Responsible for the performance and output of lab logistics within the lab for projects within own responsibility
• Continuous improvement in reliability process, stress methodology, tools and interface process
• Strong cooperation with internal customer as well as with execution and engineering staff, early warning and in time escalation in case of deviations
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent) or Applied Science
• Minimum 1 years related experience in semiconductor reliability stress equipment is preferred
• Fresh graduates with experience in reliability test methodology & concepts, reference standards, working principle of stress equipment and programming knowhow will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in reliability reference standards, Jedec/AEC and its requirement
• Knowledge in the change of request/change of promise procedure
• Knowledge in the V-Milestone rules and qualification time line commitment to client (Quality Manager)
• Knowledge in the 8D for problem solving and failure prevention
• Knowledge on PC software, automated data transfer from tester and paperless handling of stress test through REALIS
• Good interpersonal and management skills
• Good communication skills with internal and external group of personnel
