Staff Engineer Product Application - MEMS Microphones Packaging

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Understand packaging houses requirements and the end applications, collect requirements and share clear notes in English with our team
• Recommend the best technical solution to meet performance, cost, and quality targets
• Support packaging houses to assemble microphones with our bare diechips and share best practices
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (e.g. datasheet, handling guides, wafer information, and assembly guides) in both Chinese and English
• Test the final package microphone and run customer specific measurements, analyze data, and report results
• Work closely with design, test, and quality teams to solve customer issues quickly and give feedback to improve our products
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, Microsystems Technology, Microelectronics or similar
• Very good English language skills, please submit your CVs in English
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of MEMS microphones or semiconductor packaging
• Deep knowledge in the following fields: Audio, Bare-die handling, MEMS, Analog or Digital ASIC design, Microphones
• Practical lab experience, device characterization and, failure analysis
• Hands-on experience in writing technical documents are a plus
• Self-driven and proactive in driving tasks and progress
• Solid networking, team, and communication skills
