Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead an embedded Software team of medium to large size by defining and executing the business strategy to achieve the business targets and drive keyinitiatives
• Guide and empower the team for business success, support technical experts and sparring partner for developers in the area of security products
• Develop competency in the team to cater present and future program requirements as aligned with business strategy
• Provide resource management for projects, including people management, project delivery, and project evaluation
• Partner with diverse stakeholders, like internal stakeholders and external business partners, and build strongrelationships
• Lead cross-site project teams and drive effective collaboration
• Drive digitalization
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

As a Senior Manager Embedded SW Development, you are ready to accept risks and take the necessary measures where required. Furthermore, you focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value for both sides. Lastly, you work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient.

• A Degree in Industrial Security. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience as a people manager with a strong background in embedded SW development & embedded security preferred in the semiconductor industry or equivalent pratical experience
• Proven knowledge in program languages like C. Python, and Rust is a plus
• Know how in automated testing, quality assurance, modern SWdevelopment (Cl/CD)
• Experience in leading, guiding, and developing teams
• Know how within certifications within the security area, CC, FIPS, ARM, and PSA would be a plus
• Intercultural skills
• Professional proficiency in German and English skills
• Experience Agile methodologies and scaled agile is a plus
• Availability to work on site in Augsburg
