Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Specialist Facility Security – Real Estate, you will join our global Facility & Real estate team to collaborate on developing and implementing security strategies that protect offices and sites worldwide in a dynamic, international environment.

  • Support the advising, planning, implementation, and maintenance of physical security concepts for offices and other facilities worldwide
  • Assist in the development of security concepts and strategies, provide input on budget-related activities, and support coordination of approval and procurement processes while contributing to regulatory compliance
  • Support risk assessment and stakeholder management activities by assisting in qualitative and quantitative evaluation of safety measures and performance
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary projects and the continuous improvement of security systems and concepts based on best practices
  • Participate in data collection and analysis for informed security-related decisions and help prioritize needs for physical security
  • Advocate internally for physical security and promote its essential role in maintaining a safe and secure work environment

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

You are eager to learn, have a collaborative spirit, and enjoy both analytical and hands-on work. Your strong motivation to develop new ideas, learn innovative approaches, and work globally will help us shape the security landscape of the future.

  • Degree in Security Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or in a similar field of studies or a related field (mandatory)
  • At least one year of project management experience (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of physical security systems and technologies and show strong motivation to expand your knowledge in hardware, software, and compliance requirements (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders (mandatory)
  • Support risk assessments and contribute to data analysis for informed, security-related decisions (preferred)
  • Motivated to drive process improvement and help develop scalable, future-oriented security concepts (preferred)
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
