Key responsibilities in your new role

• Drive performance improvement through data-driven analysis, process optimization, and systematic problem-solving
• Take full ownership of products to support yield enhancement, test time optimization, and operational efficiency
• Work closely with Business Units and cross-functional stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives
• Supporting team capability development, knowledge transfer, and best practice sharing within the team and across sites
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Solid State Electronic, Communication Engineering, or a related filed
• 6+ years of experience in a related field, such as product engineering, test engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to identify trend and improvement opportunities
• Excellent problem-solving skills using structured analysis and data-driven approaches
• Experience in applying AI, data analytics, and programming skill to drive manufacturing efficiency
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and cross-site teams
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive decisions and execution, Proactive, independent, and results-oriented
• Good understanding of process interdependencies across manufacturing, quality, and business impact
• Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
