Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Shape subcontractors’ quality culture and mindset in line with IFX standards; train and deploy IFX quality management practices.
  • Integrate internal/external resources to build robust quality processes and process capability for developing and manufacturing automotive-grade products.
  • Collaborate with development/engineering teams through APQP, support project milestone and production readiness reviews, and maintain control via IQC, IPQC, OQC, and reliability processes.
  • Manage subcontractors’ daily quality operations, monitor and report quality performance, perform shop-floor surveillance, and resolve quality issues.
  • Lead and support 8D problem solving for development issues, production deviations, MRB dispositions, and customer complaints, including root cause, corrective/preventive actions, and verification audits.
  • Coordinate and lead audits (IFX, customer, VDA 6.3, safe launch/ramp-up), ensure closure of findings, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage change and deviation processes: review evaluations, approve/implement changes, conduct risk assessments, and manage dispositions when QMR is involved.
  • Drive the Zero Defect Program with subcontractors, targeting continuous quality improvement, zero defects, and zero customer complaints, and support escalations/reporting as needed.

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Minimum bachelor's degree, good experience in semiconductor assembly or adjacent industry such as EMS, good knowledge of semiconductor assembly material and passive components
  • Experience in engineering, production and/or quality management; Experience in automotive semiconductor or automotive electronics
  • Highly independent, self motivated, passionate in striving for excellence, able to work under high pressure
  • A good problem solver, logical thinking with high analytical skills
  • Good personnel communication skills, able to influence peers and partners
  • A good team player, cooperates with both external customer and internal peers
