Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive site production layout strategy that meets our business needs
• Design and optimize overall site production and office layouts to achieve area efficiency targets and flexibility
• Lead project management for layout implementation, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery
• Drive standardization of workplace design to maximize productivity, reduce waste, and ensure high product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Facilities, Environment Safety & Health, IT) to maintain a safe, efficient, and clean work environment
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date layout information in our database and documentation
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on production layout and process optimization
• Proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity gains
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
