Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Sales Forecasting: Assist in analyzing sales forecast and long-term forecast to identify trends, gaps, and risks
  • Pricing Analysis: Conduct tracking and validation for Volume Price Agreements (VPAs) and provide recommendations to optimize pricing strategies
  • Process Improvement Projects: Review and document current processes, identifying pain points and proposing feasible improvements
  • Digital Enablement: Support digital sales enablement through Insights generation, such as Infineon.com adoption tracking and online sampling analysis
  • Forecast Projects: Collaborate with project teams on initiatives like PlanPro rollout and documentation of outcomes

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Education: Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Location: Local to the Lexington, Kentucky office is preferred
  • Analytical Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Communication & Interpersonal Ability: Exceptional capability to liaison, document outcomes, and prioritize tasks
  • Data Tools Familiarity: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with an advantage for familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Fast-paced Adaptability: Able to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple deliverables effectively
  • Digital Marketing Exposure: Experience or familiarity with digital tools and platforms, especially for process improvement
  • Cross-Team Functionality: Work collaboratively with team members both onsite and globally to achieve seamless alignment and project execution

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $21 dollars per hour

Maximum of $24 dollars per hour

Depending on major and highest level of education completed

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
